Bookings with credit cards

To confirm a reservation, it’s necessary a credit card.

For reservations that exceed € 1,500.00 and / or number of rooms equal o greatre than 3, the hotel reserves the right to apply / request special conditions that will be communicated promptly (for example to book  at least 1 not refundable room each 3 rooms reserved).

Cancellation fees

Non-refundable rooms require immediate payment of the reservation and don’t allow changes and/or cancellations.

Rooms with standard rates have a free cancellation up to 14 days before the check-in date.
For cancellations made after this deadline or for no-shows, the entire stay will be charged.
